Where is the market located?
Our products are available to purchase through our online shop or during your reservation at the teahouse. In-person pick-up is available during scheduled hours. Please text market to 310.634.0602 for updates.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.00.
When will my order be processed & shipped?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders will begin to ship on December 16th.
Orders placed before 11:59pm (PST) on December 20th will be processed and shipped on December 21st. For orders placed after this, processing and shipping will resume on January 4th, 2023.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS, which takes about 1-7 business days depending on shipping destination. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I get a refund or exchange a product?
Due to the limited nature of this seasonal market, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
What if I received damaged product?
Please email market@teaatshiloh.com with photos of your damaged product, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Why is shipping not available for my address?
Because essential oils are flammable liquids, we are unable to ship via air during this time. We only offer ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states, but we hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.
