Welcome to Tea at Shiloh. Tea at Shiloh, LLC. and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. When we make changes, we will post them here. Please read them carefully.
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders will begin to ship on December 16th. Orders placed before 11:59pm (PST) on December 20th will be processed and shipped on December 21st. For orders placed after this, processing and shipping will resume on January 4th, 2023.
All orders are shipped via USPS, which takes about 1-7 business days depending on shipping destination. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Because essential oils are flammable liquids, we are unable to ship via air during this time. We only offer ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states, but we hope to offer worldwide shipping in the future.
All orders are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $16.00.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of this seasonal market, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time. All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
If you receive damaged product, please email email@example.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.
We partner with Paypal / Stripe to accept payments. All personal and financial data is stored on Stripe’s systems only and falls within their guidelines: Paypal, Stripe.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place wth us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and / or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone numbers provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Statements regarding our teas and essential oil blend have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

On rare occassions, you might find that the product you receive does not match what you saw online. If that occurs, let us know. We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, images, photographs, pricing, or other information on the Products are accurate, complete, current or error free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a special case refund. In the event of an error, whether on the Services, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct any error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. If you receive an order that you believe contains a mistake or have not recieved your item, we encourage you to contact us right away so that we may correct the error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall company be liable for any indirect incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services/ products. Any damages shall in no event exceed the cost of the product sold.
